All Volleyball contacted The Miller Group right in the middle of a technology crisis… A crashed server in peak sales season.

Solution:

TMG worked day and night to resolve the server issues at All Volleyball’s office and then to assist in bettering the technology status for All Volleyball’s 23 employees.

Over the last 8 months, TMG has implemented our “All-Covered” plan which includes 24/7 monitoring, patch management, documentation and best practices. We have also completed an Office 365 migration and installed back-up and disaster recovery tools. We have installed new VoIP phone systems and improved internet connection stability by instating fiber and wireless access points.
